Julie A. Neuroth, Esq.

Julie Neuroth was born in Covington, Kentucky and grew up in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. She serves in an Of Counsel capacity for the firm with her primary focus in the areas of Construction and Business law. She also works with clients with other general civil practice issues.

Julie bar admissions include the following:

  • Federal Court – Eastern District of Kentucky – 2006

She has extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, and other ADR processes and when necessary, litigation and trial experience in handling complex construction and other matters. Her experience includes the handling of construction related disputes such as acceleration, delay, extras, architectural/engineering malpractice, construction defects, construction site accidents and injuries, roof defects, material failures and defects, asbestos specification issues, HVAC issues, underground ice storage systems and construction related financial disputes. She typically represents architects, engineers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.

Her formal education began at Eastern Kentucky University where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business while on a Regent’s Scholarship and developed her leadership skills by serving as President of the Student Government and a member of the Board of Regents.

Julie obtained her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law where she served as an officer of the Student Bar Association and completed an internship with the Hon. William O. Bertelsman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

In addition to her practice, Julie is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association where she serves on the Construction and Public Contract Law Committee and is also a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

She has also lectured at construction law seminars on topics pertinent to those in construction related fields as well as written articles on similar topics.

Julie is a very active volunteer in the community, devoting time to various charitable activities including serving on the Board of Directors for The Point / Arc of Northern Kentucky and on the Board of Trustees for Family Promise of Northern Kentucky and providing pro bono legal services to those in need.
