Anthony J. Iaciofano was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating sixth in his high school class at Purcell High School in 1978, and finishing his college education at Thomas More College with cum laude honors in 1982. Tony received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1985. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in the same year and the Kentucky Bar in 1999. He practices in both states, and has partners and associates in his firm that also practice in Indiana and Florida. Tony has been a principal in the firm Benjamin, Yocum & Heather, LLC since January 1993. Tony is a seasoned trial lawyer, concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accident and product liability cases, business and corporate law, construction law and collections, insurance law, and estate planning and probate law.
Tony is active in many business associations and organizations, including the Cincinnati Claims Association, the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators, The Play for 4 Foundation, ORNG, Cincinnati and is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cincinnati Local No. 387 Glaziers Union Pension Fund.
